David Wilson has many years senior executive
and board experience in Europe, North America, Asia, and
Africa. This experience includes roles as Senior Vice
President Finance and Information with Mars Electronics
International, European Chief Executive with ADT Security
Systems plc, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer Asia Pacific with BT Group plc, and Chief Financial
Officer with Celtel International BV. He was a key member of
the management team that built Celtel International BV, the
pan African telecommunications company, from a $15 a share
valuation in 2002 to the $56 a share paid by Kuwaiti
interests in 2005.
A Chartered Management Accountant, Mr Wilson holds a BSc
(Honours) degree in Physics from Liverpool University and a
Master of Business Administration degree from Manchester
